Custom Event Tracking with GTM

Implemented custom event tracking using Google Tag Manager to capture key user interactions such as product views, add-to-cart actions, product searches, and user identification. These events were then integrated with GA4 to build a comprehensive view of the customer journey. This setup enabled the marketing team to optimize sales funnels, enhance user engagement strategies, and accurately measure campaign performance.
